These terms and conditions, as may be changed from time to time, are applicable to all orders of products (the ‘Goods’) and other transactions taking place through the website www.modelpolis.com. Dutch law applies to all purchases of Goods through this website.
Ordering, pricing, shipment Prices and availability of Goods are subject to confirmation of your order placed through the website. The order confirmation may specify details of the order, including the price, charges and expected dispatch date. Dispatch will take place as soon as possible after your payment is received. No guarantees can be given on the date of delivery of the goods at the delivery address. Shipping costs of the Goods and other charges are at your expense and they may vary per country. All prices are stated in Euro. Potential exchange rate differences are for your own account.
Warranty, liability Modelpolis is not liable for any loss, damage or defect in the Goods arising from shipment, normal wear and tear, abnormal use, neglect, alteration or repair of the Goods without prior approval. No warranty as to the Goods is given beyond manufacturer’s warranty.
You must notify us of a damaged product or incomplete delivery within 3 working days of receipt.
Return of product Goods can only be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging, within 7 working days of delivery. Any returns will be at your own expense. Risk in relation to returned Goods shall not pass until we have received them at our premises. You are responsible for providing sufficient evidence of returning the Goods
Insurance Shipments of Goods will not be insured unless as requested through our order and at the process quoted on the website.
